Shivoham Takeaways – Return & Refund Policy

At Shivoham Takeaways, all meals are cooked fresh to order.
Because of the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will put it right.


Wrong, Missing or Damaged Items

If:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Something was missing

  • The order was damaged

  • The food quality is genuinely not acceptable

Please contact us within 15 minutes of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • A photo of the item

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

If approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement meal, or

  • A refund (no return needed)


No Returns / No Exchanges

As food is prepared fresh:

  • We cannot accept returns

  • We cannot exchange items

  • We cannot refund for a change of mind or incorrect choices (e.g. choosing the wrong item)

Please check your order carefully before confirming.


💸 Refund Timing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Your bank may take additional time to release the funds.

📌 Important

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • “Didn’t like the taste” when the order was prepared correctly

  • Items left uncollected

  • Incorrect personal preferences (e.g. spice level, sauce, toppings) unless we made a mistake
